Manulife kills AIC brand
Funds to be renamed or merged into other Manulife funds.
Current issue:
Manulife is getting rid of its AIC Ltd. funds by renaming them under the Manulife brand or merging them into similar funds, according to Advisor.ca. The financial services company purchased Michael Lee-Chin’s AIC Ltd. in August of 2009. Manulife also named some new funds and fund managers.
