Question: “Tell me about yourself?”

Insider tip: The interviewer doesn’t want to hear about things they can read on your resume. They’re looking for your values, your principles, your philosophy. They want to know what makes you unique and interesting. It’s a great question, an empty canvass where you can really paint of picture of who you are.

A smart answer: “Let’s start with the values and principles I live and work by. I believe in honesty and integrity, and having a strong work ethnic. I believe you get what you work for, nothing’s handed to you, you have to earn it. I also believe in strong relationships between people.”
