Ace the interview

Question: “If you were a fruit, what kind of fruit would you be?”

An insider tip: The worse thing to do is to say ‘I’m not going to answer that. It has no relevancy to the job whatsoever.’ Any question someone wants to ask you in an interview is fair game unless it’s illegal. This is chance to be creative and show you can think on your feet. If you can throw humour into your answer, that’s always a good thing.

A smart answer: “I consider myself to be resilient person. I’m not thin-skinned. I’m not super sweet, but I’m somewhat sweet. I like to think I’m pretty adaptable; I can grow in lots of different places, so maybe I’d be an apple.”
