Ace the interview

Question: “What is an achievement you’re proud of?”
An insider tip: The recruiter is looking something he or she can walk away with to tell others about how great this person is and why we ought to hire them. You’re helping the interviewer sell you to other people. If you have a key achievement you can point to, then say it. If you don’t, just talk as honestly you can about what you think achievement means.
A smart answer: “I graduated from four years of college without any student aid and/or financial aid. I had to work three jobs to get through it. My grades would have been higher if I hadn’t had to work those three jobs, but I’m proud of that achievement.”
