    2. WHAT ARE THE MAIN ADVANTAGES HOLDING ETF’S VERSUS HOLDING (a) STOCKS and (b) MUTUAL FUNDS, AND WHAT ARE THE MAIN DISADVANTAGES [IF ANY] OF HOLDING ETFS ?

  2. I use VXUS and VTI for my foreign allocation. When rebalancing should I convert the UD$ to CAD to get the 20%? Thus far I am treating it as par as I eventully expect to be a snowbird anyway.

  3. I’m very new to ETFs so I was wondering if there anything to consider when buying or selling ETFs when it comes to fees, potential penalties, and taxation?

  5. Do ETFs that hold portfolios of preferred shares, such as CPD, have any place in a balanced portfolio? Or better simply to hold straight equity ETF?
