  • Canadians aren’t as happy with their discount brokerages as Americans are with theirs, according to J.D. Power and Associates’ annual poll. Overall,  investor satisfaction with discount brokerage firms in this country averages 700 (on a 1,000-point scale), an increase of 21 points from 2011. For the fourth year in a row, Disnat took top honours, followed by BMO InvestorLine and National Bank Direct Brokerage. Here’s a snapshot of the finding:
