  • Four in 10 Canadian homeowners are planning major home renovations in the next two years, according to a new poll for Scotiabank. A full one-third said they’ll redo their kitchen while 16% will renovate a bathroom. The majority plan to save up the cash to get the job done while others will use a line of credit.
