Internet savvy bargain hunters go bananas for Cyber Monday. It is after all, the greatest e-shopping day of the year thanks to massive markdowns. The problem is, it’s a work day and many employers monitor online activity. That didn’t stop Americans last year and it doesn’t have to stop you this year. Together, Americans spent US$1.735 billion on Cyber Monday in 2013, according to comScore with shopping ramping up in the morning and peaking around 9 p.m., according to IBM Benchmark.
