  1. You really omit the District of North Vancouver, Deep Cove is one of the prettiest places to live with the ocean, mountains, tails and skiing.

    • Marilyn,
I agree. My mom lives in Deep Cove. However, Deep Cove was not included because there was not enough sales data to do an analysis. From the preliminary research, however, it faired relatively well — not too expensive, not too cheap.

  3. Commercial drive falls under ‘Victoria’ or ‘Hastings’ area under MLS purpose. Just because all the street names are not mentioned you are calling someone a moron? I wonder who the real moron is now.

    • Agreed, no sense in name calling; however, no one who actually lives here (with apologies to the MLS neighbourhoods) calls the Drive “Victoria” or “Hastings”, instead it’s known as the Drive or Grandview-Woodlands.

  4. Not to be nit-picky (while actually being nit-picky), I’m pretty sure Cambie is referring to South Cambie, which includes Cambie Village, the neighbourhood that extends from the stretch of Cambie from about West 16th to King Edward (possibly even to 41st). However, the picture accompanying the Cambie section is of Cambie and Hastings, which is actually in the DTES/Gastown area.
