    1. Hmm, what I’m left with is the idea that the downtown dweller lives in a single family detached home. That’s rare and I think that when someone makes the city or suburb decision a more realistic comparison is with a semi or condo. That would give a better idea of the actual cost of that square feet in Newmarket.

      • Hi Carlos,
        Not a typo. The $12.8 million is based on square footage costs and the square footage is based on the property and house size of that $506,364 suburban home. So, take that suburban home and move it to down town Toronto and you *should* pay $12.8 million.

      • Well, I have set it up on my server and everything works fine. Th128&#ere7;s only one but… Did anyone have any problems with the speed of this plugin? When I type in letters they show up like in slow motion. Please tell me if anyone experienced it or it’s just my problem?
