  1. SOMETHING OVERLOOKED?
    YOU BET
HOW CAN YOU RANK A CITY WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE ENVIOIRMENTAL FACTOR
VANCOUVER IS SO CLOSE TO THE MOUNTAINS AND VANCOUVER ISLAND
THOSE 2 THINGS ALONE WOULD GIVE IT A BOOST
    ANOTHER GLARING EXAMPLE IS HAMILTON
WITH THE HIGHEST POLLUTION IN CANADA
IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH LOWER ON THE LIST

  2. People have to be able to afford to live in a city. Housing in Vancover is too expensive, pay is low and it rains all winter.

  3. Where else in Canada can you ski and golf on the same day?
It's not exactly cheap to live here, but great if you can afford it.

  4. iv never been to vancouver, but hearing about the amount of rain they have yearly and the overproced house prices is enough to keep me away from that city. Ill stick with Edmonton or Calgary where i can afford to drive my lexus/bmw/infiniti and own a nice place without living pay check to pay check.

  6. There is a fair bit of rain in winter making it colder than sun and snow. It's beautiful city, lots of parks. But traffic is an issue, as city planners have their head in the sand in terms of transportation. It's very expensive to own property and rental prices are the highest in Canada and on par with downtown Los Angeles. To get to Vancouver Island costs $100 each way by ferry, making it an expensive day trip. The culture is fair, but a lot of rude people and a lot of cultures that stick to their own and don't socialize outside their comfort zones. Lots of great people but also lots of selfish people and it's getting worse. The climate is one of the better in Canada minus the rain, but it's only wet in winter and spring, June-early Sept is very dry and warm!
