Every year MoneySense puts out the Best Places to Live list. It’s a comprehensive data crunch on every factor and facet that could impact whether or not a city’s amenities and opportunities help you and your family thrive. But we aren’t the only media outlet to compile such a list.
New York-based Global Finance Magazine compiles it’s own annual list of the best cities in the world to live. By amalgamating EIU, Mercer and Monocle’s most liveable cities lists, GFMag.com creates an alternative top 10 list, where mid-sized cities with lower population densities score better. As a result, Australian, Canadian and European cities dominate the top spots in the 2015 list, with Toronto rounding out the list at No. 10.
