The lowly loonie is encouraging Canadians with the travel bug to stay within the country and out of the U.S., but there are a few places in the world where the buck is worth more than earlier this year. Last week, CBC reported that in comparison to 20 currencies, the Canadian dollar was up in Brazil, New Zealand and Turkey.
