Pension plans rebounding with the markets
More than half of Canada’s pension plans are underwater, but according to pension firm Mercer, their health is looking much better than it was a year ago.
Current issue:
More than half of Canada’s pension plans are underwater, but according to pension firm Mercer, their health is looking much better than it was a year ago. The typical pension plan is now 74% funded, as opposed to 59% a year earlier.
