If you think you’re the only person in your office with a hungry tummy, think again — 18% of working Canadians are skipping lunch. This means that about one in five of your coworkers may be undernourished, suggests a recent survey by Angus Reid Strategies.

The idea of a lunch hour is a thing of the past for 72 per cent of Canadians who reported that they take 45 minutes or less than an hour for lunch.

While skipping lunch could be good for the wallet, if there’s anything to spend money on, it’s probably a healthy (and homemade, to save money) meal.
