    1. In the full list, Oakville is listed as 3rd. In this photo gallery, it’s 2nd. Can you confirm which one is correct?

    5. Delta, BC and Gatineau, QC are on here, but Vancouver BC (frequently listed in the top 3 most liveable cities in the world) isn’t. This is ridiculous.

      • Vancouver is an over populated, over-hyped hole where only the privileged and the rich can afford to live a quality life. Tons of working poor there. All the young families have had to move away due to low wages and sky high rents/mortgages. Not surprised it didn’t make the list.

    6. Clearly you have never been to the Southern Interior of British Columbia. Your choices are truly laughable. Dry sunny summers, no mosquitoes, mild dry winters, fantastic lakes and great skiing…..not to mention wineries and outstanding civic amenities. Check out sites like http://www.weatherstats.ca/winners.html?46 for objective weather comparisons. Ottawa is #1?!? A sub-arctic tundra for a landscape, bone chilling cold in winter and sweltering humidity in summer.

    7. Ottawa, Ontario and Moncton, New Brunswick require you to speak French and English to get a job. Very important factors to living there.
