The Bank of Montreal found fewer respondents would consider buying a home south of the border despite the lofty loonie and bargain-basement prices. •RBC and victims of fraudster Earl Jones have reached a $17-million out-of-court settlement. Much of the $50 million lost by Jones was held at a Montreal RBC. Victims accused the bank of not taking proper precautions; allegations RBC has denied. •Looking for a new personal finance book?
