One of my favourite writers is Michael Lewis, author of books such as Liar’s Poker and, more recently, Panic: The Story of Modern Financial Insanity. I’ve been busy reading one of his non-financial books the last week: Moneyball, which is about baseball and how the Oakland A’s came up with a new way to draft players based on statistics. It’s great stuff. If you like economics and baseball, I highly recommend it.

It just so happens I also came across this nice bit of advice from Michael Lewis on investing recently. I highly recommend it as well.
