RBC launches online financial management tool

Don’t go over budget again.

Online only.

RBC recently launched a new online financial management tool.  Company representatives say the tool, myFinanceTracker, is Canada’s first program to integrate expense tracking, budgeting and automated transactions online.

All RBC online banking customers will be able to use the tool for free.

Users will be able to set a budget and have an alert notify them if they exceed their budget.  They’ll also be able to set budgets for different categories of purchases.  For example, users can set a $200 limit on dining out per month, and be alerted when the limit is reached.
