Where else in Canada can you ski and golf on the same day?
It's not exactly cheap to live here, but great if you can afford it.

People have to be able to afford to live in a city. Housing in Vancover is too expensive, pay is low and it rains all winter.

    SOMETHING OVERLOOKED?
    YOU BET
HOW CAN YOU RANK A CITY WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE ENVIOIRMENTAL FACTOR
VANCOUVER IS SO CLOSE TO THE MOUNTAINS AND VANCOUVER ISLAND
THOSE 2 THINGS ALONE WOULD GIVE IT A BOOST
    ANOTHER GLARING EXAMPLE IS HAMILTON

IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH LOWER ON THE LIST
