Cottages are not fun…when the 3-hour drive is not appealing anymore…and its hard to bring pets–so someone stays home to look after the pets…nobody gets along…when it causes financial stress…when you are living beyond your means…when things need done at the home in the city…when you need to rent 1/2 of the cottage to make it work…not retiring from work at 65 yrs…then it makes one wonder if people can afford 2 properties…and is it worth it?
