  1. Seeing blogs like this is so inspiring..Thank you Money Sense for spreading the word.
Women need to realize and be aware that many others just like them are buying and overcoming their fears of home ownership or not able to make it on her own issues.. .. Women are able and can own a HOME.. My goal is to inspire them by example. It is simple but you need 100% commitment and 100% effort to create the wealth you dream of .. It can happen and I am a living proof of that..

    • Tahani, I completely agree!

There are so many women that hold off on purchasing their own properties because they'd rather wait for the dual income that comes with marriage or their not confident enough. BUT, what happens if Mr. Right doesn't come along when expected. There are certain things in life that are a given, you must feed and clothe yourself, BUT you must also provide a roof over your head and secure your financial future. No one else is going to do that for you.

I recently read an interview with a lady that had invested in real estate all by herself. Within 4 years she had 48 properties! That's inspiration!

  2. I went to the event where Kelly presented in, you're completely right, she is such an inspiration to all women. That interview is quite informative, but if you really want the low down, you should definitely try to attend one of her events.
